Ever since I was a kid, reading comics every day in the paper I was always surprised and loved when characters in the comics would jump from one comic to another. One of my all time favorite crossover events was Zippy and Family Circus. There was just something perfect and absolutely right about the way that Bill Griffith handled Bill Keane’s comic. So, as my Lemonade stand storyline progressed it seemed a perfect time for me to add a small tip of the hat to my hero’s and some of my favorite comics. And the hardest part for me was to narrow down the long list of characters that I would love to have included in today’s comic. So enjoy and don’t hesitate to let me know what you think.
